By downloading, accessing, or using Sagi Notes (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy in this document. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sagi Notes allows you to write a personalized text in the App and place an order for a physical product: a pen that contains a printed paper insert with your text inside (the “Product”). After you place an order and payment is confirmed, we print your text and insert it into a pen for delivery.
The App does not require registration or account creation.
4) Orders, Customization, and User Responsibility
You are responsible for the text you enter and submit for printing.
Before placing an order, you must review your text carefully.
Once an order is placed, the Product is custom-made based on your submitted text.
You agree not to use the App to create or order content that is unlawful or that
infringes third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these Terms or applicable law.
6) Prices, Payments, and Payment Processing
Payments are made per order (no subscriptions).
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Worldline (the “Payment Processor”). By making a payment, you also agree to the Payment Processor’s applicable terms and conditions.
We do not store full payment card details (such as card number or CVV) on our servers. Payment details are securely handled and processed by the Payment Processor in accordance with applicable security standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
You may be given the option to save your payment method for future purchases. If you choose to do so, your card details are not stored by us but are securely tokenized and stored by the Payment Processor. This allows you to make future payments without re-entering your card details.
We may support additional payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. When using these methods, payment is processed through your respective platform provider and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by the Payment Processor or third-party payment platforms.
7) Shipping, Delivery, and Timing
Delivery methods, destinations, and estimated delivery times (if shown) may vary.
Any delivery estimates are non-binding and may be affected by production time, carrier delays, customs, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details (if required for delivery).
8) Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations (Customized Products)
All products sold on this website are personalized and made according to the customer’s specifications (custom text provided during the ordering process).
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
Therefore, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started, except in the following cases:
If any of the above issues occur, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via the contact details provided on the website.
The App and its content (excluding your submitted text) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the text you create. By submitting text for order fulfillment, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and print that text solely to fulfill your order and provide App features (e.g., drafts, reorders).
The App and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect text you submit (spelling, punctuation, formatting).
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App or purchase/use of the Product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order, except where prohibited by law.
12) Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App or modify these Terms and this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/state], without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in [your city/country] shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We do not sell your personal information.
Drafts and saved texts: retained until you delete them in the App, unless we must retain limited information for order fulfillment or legal claims.
Order records: retained as necessary for fulfillment, customer support, dispute handling, and legal/accounting obligations.
